Fruit Bran Loaf

Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 cup wheat bran
1 cup dried fruit (raisins, chopped dates, apricots or a mix of whatever you fancy!)
¼ cup sugar
3 tsps baking powder
50g butter, melted
1 cup water

Method
Heat the oven to 200oC.
Mix together all dry ingredients (including the dried fruit).
Add melted butter and water.
Mix well to combine.
Bake in a lined 24cm loaf tin for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool or serve warm.
