All the recipes here are super simple and all of them (unless otherwise stated) are dairy-free and egg-free, apart from the butter. I've also tried to stick to ingredients which you're likely to have in you're cupboard - I get really frustrated if I find a recipe that looks good, then realise I need toasted, ground amaranth or something equally as obscure.
If you're vegan, or can't tolerate any dairy, the butter can be substituted with an equivalent dairy-free fat. I've also included some traditional recipes (containing eggs and/or dairy products) which are my family's favourites and I just love making for them, even though I can't eat them.
