Breakfast Loaf



Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 cup wheat bran
¼ cup sugar
3 tsps baking powder
50g butter, melted
1 cup water
pearl sugar, for sprinkling

Method
Heat the oven to 200oC.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add melted butter and water.
Mix well to combine.
Sprinkle with pearl sugar (optional)
Bake in a lined 24cm loaf tin for 25-30 minutes.

Allow to cool or serve warm, with butter and jam!
